        General Zhou Yu’s Commanding Pagoda, also named as Nankang County Drum Pagoda, is one of the oldest ancient buildings in Lushan UGGp. It has a history of 1,800 years, facing Poyang Lake and with Mt. Lushan behind it. In the ancient time, the water area of Poyang Lake was larger than it is today. The south side of the pagoda was filled with water in the old time. During the three Kingdom time(220-280AC), General Zhou Yu trained his navy here.

       This site is not only the carrier of the historic development but also the witness of the climate change and the water residing.
