Lian Gu Hanging Valley is a valley that hangs above Wang Jia Po U- Valley. They are connected by a glacial staircase about 100m long. Wang Jiao Po Valley was wider, so the carving by the glacier was faster and more powerful. Lian Gu Valley was smaller, so the carving by the glacier was less prominent. The two valleys gradually separated with the latter one hanging above the former one.
