preparation for the upcoming Lushan International Half Marathon Mountain Race.

Ms. Yu Huiqun, Deputy director of China Lushan UGGp Management Committee gave the Consul general introduction on the preparation of the race and background of Lushan UGGp. Mr.Teferi Melesse Desta visited the whole race course from the starting point (Street Garden of Kuling), Ruqin Lake, Brocade Valley, Flower Path, Immortal’s Cave, Big Heavenly Pool, Lunlin Lake, and returned to the starting point. Mr.Teferi Melesse Desta said, “Lushan UGGp has such a beautiful landscape and pleasant ecological environment and is perfect for Marathon mountain race . Thank you for the invitation from the race organizer. Ethiopia is famous for the home of marathon and has many famous long-distance runners. Ethiopia is willing to provide support and cooperation for Lushan International Half Marathon Mountain Race and to promote “Belt and Road” cross-cultural and athletic initiatives between Ethiopia and China.
