During the 46th World Earth Day, Geopark managers and volunteers came to Lushan Middle School, interacting with the students and carried out the different activities, such as the composition and painting competition titled Lushan in My eyes, donating the geoscience readings to students, giving geoscience lectures, holding the geoscience exhibition and editing the class newspaper on the blackboard about the geoscience knowledge etc.
Lushan Middle School is located near some geosites. The students’ homes are scattered in Lushan. On the way home and to school, they often meet tourists needing help. Involving these activities, the students can not only know more about Lushan, but also love, cherish Lushan more deeply, so that they will help the tourists better.
