From 18th to 20th , July, the two experts from UNESCO UGGp , Ms Jane Fullerton and Ms Ms. Leire Maria Barriuso came to the geopark to undertake revalidation mission. The leaders from National and provincial level and the top leaders of the geopark participated the work.

  The two experts got a comprehensive understanding about the geopark’s work on the management, infrastructures constructions, the protection of the geosites, social economy development, scientific education and research and the contribution to the networks after the three-days field trips.

  In the feedback meeting, the experts affirmed the achievement that the geopark has done during the past four years and pointed out that the development of global geoparks is a process of improvement. They hoped Lushan geopark can continue to work hard for it.
