The epidote granulite, one type of Xinzi mid-hypometamorphic rock in Early Proterozoic and a calciferous arenaceous and silt sedimentary rock of thalassogenic sedimentation, is a metamorphic rock after regional deformation by high temperature and middle pressure,  it is also a main rock in the core of metamorphic core complex in Lushan Mountain.The epidote granulite was mylonitized due to ductile deformation.
