The DapaiIing moraine clay boulder deposits with thickness of 5-l2 m, composed of boulders of 0.5-1m diameter , max 7.2m , overlay the Early Proterozoic micaceous quartzs schists of Xingzi Group. There are giant inserted in old schist. That was the earlist glaciation in Lushan Area , the Dapailing Glaciation formed in 3-2.5 Ma years ago of Dapailing Glaciation Age ,with exposure elevation of 284m.
