From 26th to 27th , April, 2016, Lushan Global Geopark delegation attended 2016 China Global Geopark Annual Conference held in Zhi Jindong Global Geopark, Guizhou province.
Themed with Striding Into The New Era Of Global Geopark, the conference discussed and exchanged the ideas about the geopark management ,conservation, construction ,development , scientific popularization, education , playing unique role of global geopark, brand building and enhancing sustainable development ability. On the conference, National geoparks network Centre gave a summany report on Global Geopark construction and management in 2015 and arranged the key work in 2016. The two new global geoparks and some old geoparks introduced their experience .
During the conference, Lushan Global Geopark signed sister agreement with Zhi Jingdong Global Geoppark to enhance exchanges, communications and cooperation.
