Long Hu Dou Stone is the result of two quartz vein deformations.  Two rheological folds from different periods are evident in the deformation. Rheological folds are caused when warm stones are cooling and are under pressure. The liquid cools down, forming the quartz stone. The pattern on this stone has been likened to a dragon fighting against a tiger.
